The ‘G’ was the eighth Cammonstone litter since 1972.

Six dogs
CAMMONSTONE GELERT, GENEROUS, GOODWILL, GRIMSTON, GUNNER & GURKHA;
Four bitches
CAMMONSTONE GARNISH, GAUDY, GOSSIP and GRAVITY.

Trials hounds include Crease's Ch. C. Generous and Gravity, with Long's C. Gurkha, being the most successful having won a KC Working Trial Certificate in Senior.

However, the greatest contribution to the breed has come from Grimston.

Grimston's structure
Grimston was top show dog hound in Britain in 1997, and continued
in the same vein with the dog CC at Crufts '98 and at
the ABB Ch. Show in September 1998

 

He still kept up appearances in the Veteran Classes . .
Grimston heading the winning dog line-up at the 
     BC Spring Open Show 2000, as winner 
           of the Veteran class
. . . and won this class, and the Progeny class at the Championship Show in June 2001.
