CHASEDOWN
The "L" Litter

 

Since the foundation of Chasedown Bloodhounds with the first litter in 1970, this is the seventeenth Chasedown litter to be registered at the Kennel Club.

In 1989, the line was enriched by a Swiss import carrying the United States Champion The Rectory's Bishop. This litter provided the Ch. & WTCh. Chasedown Virtuous; a line has been reinforced in recent litters, with blood from Ch. Ninevah's Miracle of Brighton.   To see more on these lines left click here.

However, this litter, for the first time since 1982 reunite the line, with judiciuous breeding, back to Ch. Chasedown Majesty :

The litter was exclusively saddle-type Black & Tan Puppies.
There were five bitches, and four dogs, from which a dog and a bitch were kept by Elin and David:

Other dogs:   Chasedown Lionheart has now arrived at his new home at Brie Cappello's Ninevah Kennel in Switzerland;
Chasedown Lovelock and Loyalist.
and bitches:   Chasedown Limelight has now joined her great aunt and uncle at the home of Eric & Christine Ryder. (a head study of Ryder's Chasedown Companion at six month features in the header in these pages);
other bitches:   Chasedown Love in a Mist, Lovesong & Lynette.
The sire was whelped on 17-Jan-95
