Congratulations to Sue Emrys-Jones who having won BoB at Crufts 2007 under Colin Ashmore, with Ch. Marksbury Wistful won the Hound Group, under Dagmar Kenis Pordham,

On the final day Sue and ‘Bertha’ put in a fine performance challenging for Best in Show. This was the first time the Bloodhound had won the Hound Group at Crufts since Richards' Ch. Chasedown Hopeful won the Hound Group at Crufts in 1984!

Sue Emrys-Jones wrote about her weekend in the June 2007 edition of the Bloodhound Club Newsletter, which also included the complementary words of Dagmar Kenis Pordham.

 

Ten championship shows offer champion certificates (CC) for Bloodhounds. 

Entries for multiple breed championship shows generally close two months before shows,

but schedules and entry forms for these are sometimes available as PDF downloads from

the Higham Press site.
